Beef San Choy Bau
In a hot pan or wok add sesame oil, garlic, ginger and mince and cook for 3-4 minute until the mince has coloured.
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, shallots, lime rind and juice and fry for another 5 minutes.
Spoon beef mix into lettuce leaves then garnish with sesame seeds, coriander, fried onions and sesame seeds.
