For the Chimichurri Sauce:Send me these ingredients
Flat Iron and avocado bowl with chimichurri sauce
- In a blender, combine all the ingredients for the chimichurri sauce, and set aside.
- Slice the steak into 1cm strips. Toss with a little bit of olive oil, cumin and oregano and then lightly fry in a skillet until brown.
- In four separate bowls divide the steamed rice, avocado, beef, fresh shallots and corn kernels (optional). Drizzle with chimichurri sauce and serve with a slice of lime.
