Beef noodle soup with Asian greens

  1. Start with your favourite steak, cook to your liking and set to the side.
  2. Combine stock, garlic, ginger & star anise in a large pot over a medium – high heat. Simmer for 20mins.
  3. Place noodles in a heatproof bowl and cover with boiling water. Set aside for 5 minutes or until tender. 
  4. Thinly slice steak across the grain. Divide noodles into bowls, add veg and sliced steak.
  5. Garnish with sliced green onions
