Beef noodle soup with Asian greens
- Start with your favourite steak, cook to your liking and set to the side.
- Combine stock, garlic, ginger & star anise in a large pot over a medium – high heat. Simmer for 20mins.
- Place noodles in a heatproof bowl and cover with boiling water. Set aside for 5 minutes or until tender.
- Thinly slice steak across the grain. Divide noodles into bowls, add veg and sliced steak.
- Garnish with sliced green onions
